What is Salmon Creek Indoor Golf Club?

We are a 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility where members can play top courses, practice, and improve their game year-round—rain or shine, day or night.

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes! Members can access our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their secure member credentials.

How do I access the facility?

Once you make a reservation, you will be sent an email/text roughly 15 minutes before your tee time with a door code which will grant you access to the facility.

How long does it take to play?

Typically, a single player can complete 18 holes in under an hour. A threesome can usually complete 18 holes in under 2 hours.


Membership Options

What membership plans do you offer?
  • Silver Membership – Includes 2 hours per month to use anytime.
  • Gold Membership – Includes 2 weekend hours per month plus unlimited weekday hours.
Can I roll over unused hours?
  • 4 hours for Silver members
  • 6 hours for Gold members
What happens if I run out of hours?

Members can continue to play by purchasing additional hours at a rate of $40/hour.

Is there an initiation fee?

No.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

Can I sign up and cancel as much as I want?

Technically, yes. The only risk is that we will cut off membership sign-ups once we reach membership capacity. If you sign back up once we are full, you will be placed on the wait list and will have to wait until a spot becomes available to re-sign up.


Booking & Scheduling

How do I reserve a simulator?
  • 21 days in advance for Gold members
  • 14 days in advance for Silver members
  • 7 days in advance for non members
Is there a limit to how much I can book?

Yes. You can have up to 4 hours of reservation time on the schedule at any one time. Once you’ve used some of those hours, you can immediately rebook.

Can I book multiple sessions in advance?

Yes, if the total scheduled time does not exceed 4 hours. You may schedule multiple shorter sessions or one long one.

But you said Gold Membership was unlimited, why the hours cap when scheduling?

We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to play and book tee times when they want to play. We don’t want someone to reserve 7pm–10pm every weeknight, restricting other members from playing.

Guests & Facility Use

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely. Each member can bring up to 2 guests per session. Guests do not need to be members.

Is there a dress code or required equipment?

Please wear clean athletic shoes and bring your own clubs. We recommend playing with your own clean golf balls.

Can I reserve the entire club for a private event?

Billing & Cancellation

How does billing work?

Billing is processed monthly on the day you sign up. Your membership is renewed each month until canceled. If you sign up on April 5th, your account will renew on May 5th and in subsequent months until you cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?
  • Option 1: Online through your member account. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your monthly billing.
  • Option 2: Email us at help@salmoncreekgolf.com. Please allow 72 hours for us to process your cancellation.
  • There are no cancellation fees.
  • Upon cancellation, you have access for the remainder of your billed month. All unused hours attached to your account will be deleted and cannot be transferred or saved for later use.
  • Example: Your membership is renewed on April 5th. You cancel your membership on April 10th. You may use your hours until May 4th. After May 4th, any unused or rollover hours will be deleted.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
  • You can request a full refund within the first 72 hours after you have registered and paid.
  • Once the 72 hours have passed, you are committed for the month.
  • If you use any of your membership hours within the 72 hours of signing up, your refund request will be denied.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
